The pumps of the TF series (sludge treatment) are of the piston-diaphragm type with hydraulic thrust. Intended for pumping even particularly abrasive sludges, they are suitable for feeding industrial filter presses.
The pumps are built with the particularity of limited wear, even in the presence of abrasive products, being free of mechanical movements in contact with the pumpable product.
Peculiar characteristics of the pumps are: simplicity of use, sturdiness, high applied technology.
5 MODELS WITH FLOW RATES UP TO 15 M3/H AND PRESSURES FROM 0 TO 16 BAR
They are volumetric pumps, the flow rate therefore depends on the volume generated and can vary linearly as the frequency of the piston strokes varies with a suitable electric drive. The delivery pressure is determined by the back pressure acting in the outlet and is independent of the flow rate.
The pumps are equipped with a safety device which intervenes, stopping the operation of the pump, should the diaphragm break.
